We recently stayed at this place and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location is superb, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is situated on a hill in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Great location, just a minute's walk from the Royal Mile and close to popular attractions like Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat. Spacious apartment with generous-sized rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Clean communal areas and apartment upon arrival. Convenient amenities included, such as tea, coffee, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc. Independent heating in each room, allowing for personalized comfort. Good access to the Royal Mile, both by foot and car. Washer/dryer available for use during our stay. We were provided with newly-refurbished apartments that appeared brand new. DVDs available for borrowing with a charity donation.

Xmas at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and right in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. We loved having a kitchen, it was so convenient to have the option to cook our own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

The only downside was that the shower in our room had poor water pressure and the temperature fluctuated. It was a bit frustrating to not be able to have a consistent and comfortable shower.

The location of the accommodation was perfect as it was right next to the Royal Mile, making it very easy to find good food options and evening drinks. I appreciated the clean and cosy bedding and towels, and the staff was very helpful.

Furthermore, the temperature control is easy to manage, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Our trip was fantastic, we stayed close to the main attractions which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station, Tesco markets and surrounded by everything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and the service was great too. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms were serviced daily, with fresh towels and beds made. we had a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare breakfast whenever we wanted.

One thing that was a minor annoyance was the lack of door stoppers which made it difficult to keep the doors open for longer.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel situated in a quiet alley, but still in a very convenient area for touring the city. The location near everything, including a grocery store, made our trip hassle-free. the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The service here is exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, and laundry available. The staff here are professional and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel also offers a variety of leisure facilities including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi.
